HOW TO USE THE TIM JOHNSON SYSTEM

Grow Phase™ Hair, Skin & Nail Vitamins

  • Grow Phase 1 (2,500 mcg Biotin)
    Entry-level daily support for hair, skin, and nails. Ideal for maintenance or first-time supplement users.
  • Grow Phase 2 (5,000 mcg Biotin)
    Advanced support for those ready to strengthen their hair and nail routine.

Three Ways to Use:

  • Flash Conditioner:
    Apply, massage, finger-detangle, rinse.
  • Detangling Conditioner:
    Apply generously, finger-detangle or comb, rinse.
  • Deep Conditioning Treatment:
    Apply generously, finger-detangle or comb, rinse.

    • Cover with plastic cap
    • Heat option:
      • Hood dryer: 20–25 minutes
      • No dryer: Body heat for 45–60 minutes
    • Rinse with cool water to seal moisture and enhance shine

    • Can also be used before wrapping hair at night
